your session

Alchemy of Touch ™ is a soulful and poetic form of transformational bodywork with a holistic approach. It is an exquisite combination of musculoskeletal and energetic techniques which have been amalgamated from the best Eastern and Western healing modalities. 

Alchemy of Touch ™ is designed to release physical, emotional and energetic blocks in the body. You may have particular areas in the body that you experience pain or tension, you will have some time to discuss this before the treatment. 

In order to have access to the online booking system, you need to have had approval for treatment. This simply requires completing a short form and if needed, having a free 20 min phone consultation with Carly where you can ask any questions you might have.

Throughout your session you will be lay on a massage table and able to deeply relax as Carly works intuitively to listen and react to what the body needs.

You will spend at least 90 minutes on the table during your session.

You may want to allow some time after this before you commit to any engagements, it is likely that you will need some time to integrate afterwards and be gentle upon your return to daily life.

 

There are a number of oils available, the vast majority of these are infused with organic, full spectrum CBD oil to support the body to reduce inflammation and release tension. If you have any special requests for oils that you prefer, please let Carly know upon booking.

The exchange is £90 for 90 minutes.
